2012 Cadillac SRX comes bringing several advanced technologies in its car
parts. SRX will receive a 3.6L direct injected V-6 engine is projected to produce
300 horsepower (224 kW) and 260 lb.-ft. (353 Nm) of torque, according to
preliminary tests by the Cadillac. Current SRX 3.0L direct-injection V-6 engine
provides 265 horsepower (198 kW) and 223 pounds-ft (302 Nm) of torque. SRX
models with new engines are expected to arrive in dealerships in late summer.
Prices will be announced closer to the start of production.
Only that? No! Other enhancements to the 2012 Cadillac SRX includes
Bluetooth phone connectivity is standard on all models, heated steering wheel
on the level of luxury, performance and premium trim and door lock switches on
the driver and passenger door panels. The new model will continue to have the
door lock switch on the center console. Also for 2012, SRX will offer a
complete machine-new look 20-inch wheels, which are standard on performance and
premium trim level.
Popular features already offered on the SRX include moving cargo fence
and large under floor storage room in the rear, the liftgate can be programmed
to stop at different heights and UltraView sunroof that covers 70 percent of
the roof of the vehicle.
SRX also available in all-wheel-drive that incorporates an electronic
